Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, Craven Street cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the package. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears delayed, please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. If you need additional assistance, contact our support team and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
